Building Brighter Futures

Preparing Young Women for Long-Term Success

Our goal extends beyond treatment. We help residents develop the skills, relationships, and self-confidence needed to thrive at home, in school, and within their communities. Through life-skills training, family engagement, and ongoing support, we empower young women to move forward with hope and purpose.

Our Mission

Empowering Young Women for Lasting Success

We believe every young woman deserves the opportunity to heal in a safe, nurturing environment where she feels valued, supported, and understood. Our approach combines mental health support, life-skills development, family involvement, and educational growth to help residents build a strong foundation for long-term success. We work alongside families and communities to create meaningful progress that continues beyond residential care.
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

Rhonesha Price
CEO & Executive Director
Keagans Residential Homes, LLC

With 16 years of clinical healthcare experience as a Registered Nurse and Licensed Vocational Nurse, I founded Keagans Residential Homes to deliver structured, compassionate residential care.

My dedication is deeply personal—inspired by my nephew, Keagan, who has autism, and refined through years of specialized psychiatric nursing to address unique behavioral and mental health needs.

"Our mission is to ensure every individual is treated with dignity, compassion, patience, and respect—fostering a safe haven where young minds feel valued and empowered."

CEO & Executive Director | Keagans Residential Homes, LLC

Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, I am the CEO and Executive Director of Keagans Residential Homes, LLC, where I have proudly served in residential treatment for the past two years. My journey in healthcare spans 16 years of nursing experience, including 12 years as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and four years as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Caring for others has always been more than a profession for me—it is a passion that is near and dear to my heart. My commitment to serving individuals with unique needs is deeply personal. My nephew, Keagan, who has autism, has been a meaningful source of inspiration in my life and in the work I do today.
During my nursing career, I spent four years working as a psychiatric nurse, an experience that strengthened my understanding of behavioral and mental health needs and helped shape my approach to compassionate, individualized care. Through my experiences in nursing and residential treatment, I truly believe I have found my niche and purpose.
At Keagans Residential Homes, my goal is to create a nurturing, structured, and supportive environment where individuals are treated with dignity, compassion, patience, and respect. I believe every person deserves to feel valued, supported, and cared for—and it is an honor to make that belief part of the mission of Keagans Residential Homes.
